Below is a lesson plan and questions to ask the student at your trial lesson.
Make sure to write down all notes and give or send to the student.

The student can choose a textbook which they have the option buy when they join.
All textbooks have levels from beginner~advanced:
-daily conversation
-business
-TOEIC
-travel
-overseas study
-kids

AFTER THE TRIAL LESSON
Please organize the next lesson at the trial lesson.
The lesson schedule / location is decided between the student and the teacher directly, and lessons can be made up the following month.
We will contact the student after the trial lesson.
After the student signs up we will contact you with further details.

PAYMENT/SYSTEM
If the student has questions about payment / system etc, please tell them to ask our staff, who will contact them after the lesson.
All lesson payments are made to us by the student (not direct) and teachers are paid for all lessons on the 10th of each month.
This provides security and regular lessons for teachers.

>>teachers are required to send details of lessons at the end of each month according to a report we send
>>payment is made into the teachers bank account on the 10th of each month
>>as an independent contractor, the teacher is responsible for tax etc.

-Scheduling-
>>please arrange the lesson day, time and place with the student for each lesson at the beginning of the month
>>only teacher the required number of times per month
>>if you cannot teach all required lessons in one month, please contact us

-Lesson Conduct-
>>be on time and tidy at lessons
>>prepare the lesson according to the student’s needs beforehand
>>students are contacted regularly to see of they are satisfied, so keep the lesson quality high
>>under no circumstances are students to be taught privately, as payment will be withheld, no students given and further legal action taken.

-Liability-
>>Engo English assumes no risk or liability in relation to lessons
>>teachers are responsible for any loss, injury or damages of that may occur
>>Engo English will waive all claims made against it in relation to lessons
>>teachers are responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment
