Hello! My name is Teresa and I am half Japanese, half American, and I attend an international high school. I recently completed AP English, scored very well on the ACT, as well as getting straight As! I come from a family of English teachers and have wanted to teach since I was very young. I am warm, patient, responsible, and love to help people learn in effective and fun ways. I have around a year of English teaching experience with an elementary schooler, and lots of experience working with children through volunteering and babysitting. I believe the best way of teaching and ensuring retention is to tailor lessons to topics and activities that are most enjoyable for the student!
